License grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own. Education licenses follow the corresponding agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the app, bypass licensing or payment mechanisms, use the service for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other users.
Accounts and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed for the period you choose; after expiry the related features fall back to the free tier without any data loss. You can cancel at any time in the app — cancellation takes effect immediately and does not affect the period already paid for.
Intellectual property
All rights in the app and its built-in content belong to Language Studio Inc. Imported articles and videos remain the property of their authors; you grant us only the license needed to process them in order to provide the features.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated explanations, grading and scores may be wrong and should not be your only basis for decisions; verify important matters independently.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Subscriptions already paid are handled per the Sales Policy, and your learning data can be exported at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
