Three ways to get it
Direct download is best for individuals, command-line users can use Homebrew, and institutions should deploy the .pkg.
Homebrew
For those already managing software with Homebrew. Upgrading is the same single command.

Download the disk image
Click the button above to get the .dmg file. Your browser will download it automatically.
Open and drag
Double-click the .dmg and drag the Language Studio icon into your Applications folder.
First launch
Open it from Applications and follow the guide to complete the vocabulary assessment and set up your study plan.
Download models on demand
Pick a local model in Model Center. Once it downloads, you can chat offline.
Your system says the developer cannot be verified
The app is signed and notarized. If it is blocked, click Open Anyway in System Settings › Privacy & Security.
Checksums and Older Versions
We recommend verifying once after download. Older versions are only for devices that need to stay on an earlier system.
