Pricing and payment
Prices shown are in Chinese yuan, tax included. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major bank cards, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are never auto-charged before expiry; when a subscription expires the related features fall back to the free tier, and you can resubscribe in the app at any time. Lifetime licenses do not include subscription services such as cloud sync, which are sold separately.
Refunds
For purchases made through the App Store, follow its refund process. For purchases on this site, a full refund is available within 7 days provided usage has not exceeded the trial allowance. Cancelling during the 14-day Pro trial incurs no charge.
Education discount
The education discount requires verification with a school email or institutional documents, is limited to one per person, and cannot be combined with other offers. Volume licensing is quoted separately under the education program.
Invoices
E-invoices are available for purchases on this site within 30 days of payment with your order number. Invoices for App Store purchases are issued by Apple.
Price changes
We may adjust prices. Changes do not affect existing orders or the current subscription period; resubscribing is charged at the then-current price.
